EXC Academy Refund & Enrollment Policy
1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in any EXC Academy course (online or offline), the applicant agrees to comply with all applicable policies, rules, and regulations.
2. Informed Enrollment
Applicants are responsible for making an informed decision before enrollment. EXC Academy does not coerce or influence decisions. Clarifications should be sought prior to registration.
3. Strict No-Refund Policy
All fees paid to EXC Academy are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
No requests for refunds or fee transfers will be accepted once payment is made.
4. Fee Payment Terms
Fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule.
Non-payment or delay may lead to cancellation of enrollment without refund.
5. Payment Methods
Fees must be paid via approved modes (e.g., demand draft, cheque, or other authorized payment methods specified by EXC Academy).
6. Code of Conduct & Discipline
Applicants are expected to maintain professional conduct. Any violation (including misconduct or breach of policies) may result in immediate termination without refund.
7. Academic Requirements
Submission of required educational documents before course commencement is mandatory.
Participation in assessments and performance evaluations is required as per program guidelines.
8. Placements & Interviews
Applicants must attend scheduled interviews and report to assigned organizations as per placement guidelines. EXC Academy does not guarantee job placement.
9. Course Scope
Courses are designed for knowledge enhancement and skill development. They do not guarantee employment or professional certification outcomes.
10. Ethical Use Policy
Any misuse of course content, including sharing with third parties or data infringement, will lead to immediate termination without refund.
11. Rescheduling Option
In exceptional cases, applicants may request course rescheduling by contacting support@exc.academy. Approval is subject to EXC Academy’s discretion.
12. Policy Updates
EXC Academy reserves the right to modify policies at any time. The latest version will be applicable.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed by EXC Academy. Jurisdiction is limited to applicable district courts.
14. Communication Consent
With consent, EXC Academy may send updates via SMS/RCS. Applicants can opt out anytime by replying “STOP” or updating preferences in their profile.
